Privacy Policy
The Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), has come into force on May 25, 2018.
This Regulation provides a harmonized data privacy law for the European Union laying down rules relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and rules relating to the free movement of personal data, in order to protect fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons and in particular their right to the protection of personal data.
According to the foregoing, you can find our Data Processing Addendum which complements our standard terms and conditions and contains the technical and organizational measures employed by VR Telecom S.L. to manage the security of data, in compliance with new GDPR.
